600\">L\u2019histoire du Domaine de la Motte d\u00e9bute dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 avec Henri Michaut, qui cultive alors quelques hectares de vignes aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ses autres activit\u00e9s agricoles<\/span><\/p><\/span><br><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Montserrat\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667px;font-weight: 400\">Over the years, his sons Jean, Bernard, and Christian joined the family business and contributed to its growth.\n<\/span><\/font><br><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Montserrat\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667px;font-weight: 400\">\nAu fil des ann\u00e9es, ses fils Jean, Bernard et Christian rejoignent l\u2019exploitation familiale et contribuent \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement.\n\nC\u2019est \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1990 que la famille d\u00e9cide de valoriser davantage son travail en \u00e9laborant et en commercialisant ses propres vins. En 2011, les fr\u00e8res Michaut franchissent une nouvelle \u00e9tape en quittant la coop\u00e9rative pour assurer eux-m\u00eames la commercialisation de leur production.\n<\/span><\/font><br><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Montserrat\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667px;font-weight: 400\">\nAujourd\u2019hui, Adrien Michaut dirige le domaine, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 53 hectares de vignes. Situ\u00e9es sur les coteaux de Beine, au c\u0153ur du vignoble Chablisien, les parcelles donnent naissance \u00e0 des vins de Petit Chablis, Chablis et Chablis Premier Cru, principalement issus du Chardonnay.\n<\/span><\/font><br><font color=\"#000000\" face=\"Montserrat\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.6667px;font-weight: 400\">\nAttach\u00e9 \u00e0 une viticulture raisonn\u00e9e, le domaine est certifi\u00e9 Haute Valeur Environnementale de niveau 3. Cette d\u00e9marche t\u00e9moigne de sa volont\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server la biodiversit\u00e9 et d\u2019accompagner au mieux la maturation des raisins, afin de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler toute la richesse de ses
