N\u00e9e \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teauneuf-Du-Pape, Manon a su se forger une brillante carri\u00e8re dans l'industrie du vin, marqu\u00e9e par des r\u00f4les cl\u00e9s sur les march\u00e9s internationaux<\/strong>.\n

\nD'abord \u00e0 Melbourne (Australie), puis Hano\u00ef (Vietnam), elle s\u2019est ensuite distingu\u00e9e en tant que Ambassadrice de Marque<\/strong> \u00e0 Toronto (Canada), o\u00f9 elle a orchestr\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies de distribution on-trade et off-trade pour l'un des principaux n\u00e9gociants fran\u00e7ais. De retour en France, elle a ensuite endoss\u00e9 des r\u00f4les significatifs en tant que Directrice des Ventes Export<\/strong>, cultivant des partenariats strat\u00e9giques pour mener \u00e0 bien la croissance des domaines sur le march\u00e9 export.\n\n

Au cours de son parcours, sa passion pour la viticulture, les techniques de vinification, les terroirs de l'Ancien Monde et du Nouveau Monde, n'a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre. Cette motivation l'a men\u00e9e \u00e0 approfondir ses connaissances techniques, r\u00e9ussissant tous les niveaux du WSET et obtenant finalement le WSET Diploma<\/strong> en 2022.\n

Aujourd'hui, en tant que fondatrice et Pr\u00e9sidente, c\u2019est avec une profonde passion pour le vin<\/strong> et une compr\u00e9hension aigu\u00eb des dynamiques du march\u00e9 mondial qu\u2019elle porte la croissance et la renomm\u00e9e de F. Originally from Great Britain, Tom moved to France at the age of 12 in 1976. After completing his secondary education in France, he embarked on a diverse career, starting as a wine broker<\/strong> before taking on roles in commercial management and wine exportation.

\nIn 2020, he took over the commercial department of a renowned wine estate in France, where he built strong export business relationships<\/strong> and developed market-specific sales strategies. His dedication and expertise have contributed to the estate's success in both local and international markets.\n

With 20 years of experience<\/strong>, Tom now possesses a deep understanding and a great passion for the wine industry. His journey through various aspects of the business has also given him a perspective riche et globale<\/strong>, faisant de lui une figure respect\u00e9e dans l'industrie.\n

Tom and Manon met in 2021 during their respective professional journeys. When F. WINES was launched, it was a natural decision for Tom to partner with Manon, as they share the same values and passion for wine<\/strong>.
