Manon FLORES

Founder & CEO

Born and raised in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Manon spent several years abroad building herself a distinguished career in the wine industry, marked by key roles across various international markets.

Starting in Melbourne (Australia), then Hanoï (Vietnam), she later stood out as a Wine Brand Ambassador in Toronto (Canada) for one of the leading French negociants, where she orchestrated on-trade and off-trade distribution strategies and conducted high-profile national events. Upon returning to France, she took on significant roles as Export Sales Director, cultivating strategic partnerships to drive the estates towards export market expansion.

Throughout her journey, her passion for viticulture, winemaking techniques, Old World and New World terroirs, continued to grow. This motivation led her to deepen her technical knowledge, successfully completing all levels of the WSET and ultimately passing the WSET Diploma in 2022.

Today, as the founder and CEO, she drives the growth and reputation of F. WINES in the wine industry with a deep passion for wine and a sharp understanding of global market dynamics.

Tom WARNER

Managing Director

Originally from Great Britain, Tom moved to France at the age of 12 in 1976. After completing his secondary education in France, he embarked on a diverse career, starting as a wine broker before taking on roles in commercial management and wine exportation.

In 2020, he took over the commercial department of a renowned wine estate in France, where he built strong export business relationships and developed market-specific sales strategies. His dedication and expertise have contributed to the estate’s success in both local and international markets.

With 20 years of experience, Tom now possesses a deep understanding and a great passion for the wine industry. His journey through various aspects of the business has also given him a rich and comprehensive perspective, making him a respected figure in the industry.

Tom and Manon met in 2021 during their respective professional journeys. When F. WINES was launched, it was a natural decision for Tom to partner with Manon, as they share the same values and passion for wine. Today, he is proud to bring his strengths and experience to F. WINES as Managing Director.
